R&B Company was the largest independent distributor of underground utilities in northern California, with 12 locations. The company lived by four core principles: people first, passion always, professional rebels and progressing together.

Project Details
Although R&B company had been in existence for 20 year's its branding and identity had never had any clear guides or vision. This lack of clarity and vision meant there was no cohesion between the visual elements from; the advertising & website to the in-house collateral. When I started working with them in 2015, we worked to create a style guide so that all the visual elements had a clear thread running through them.
The use of circles, squares, and triangles reflects the shapes and forms of the material used. We also brought in elements from blueprints using lines: solid, dotted, and little arrows. We built a new color palette around colors found in everyday materials and services.
